No, I am asking the flexigrow of $500 to pursue “wellbeing”, stat board which is not part of civil service would not be eligible?
Understand the part about the increased caps for benefits extended to all public servants.

Some stat boards already have their own benefits.
Those benefits may even be better than what has been announced for the civil servants.

Really ah? Sound like you’re advertising for another stat board.
If you don’t want identify your stat board, can share what are examples of these benefits which “may be even better” than what’s announced for civil servants?
Don’t have to feel buay song just cos civil servants got announce increased benefits, no one saying civil service better or stat board lesser just cos miss out on what civil service have. If you public servant, supposed to work for public good so it’s ok if don’t get the mid year and end year extra bonus right?

Some have been getting similar annual flexible benefits amounting $700 to $1000 since 1998.
And this has triggered another move to enhance the benefits further.
