What about the bonus? Is the general annual TC for an average performer 15/16 months?

individual performance bonus average 1.5 months

before aws fold in prolly ~15-16 mths, now u are looking at 13.75 - 15 months-ish depending on perf grading. if u are a fresh grad, i would advise u to look at the lower end of the TC to give u a more grounded comparison between offers.
