true.. im the only local in my current job lol. actually paid pretty well in singapore.

If you join Govtech becareful if you are joining the cool new side or the old school side. Despite all the hype of reinventing the culture, there are still alot of bosses who operate based on power projections and authority rather than as a leader leading by example. If you end up in which teams I will say good luck, especially if you come from the private sector who are used to collaboration, teamwork and empowerment

i heard from the recruiter the overlapping of salary is quite wide for grades. its possible i guess

Like a 5.2-5.5K could be grade D even with 3 years experience
