GT juniors are all superstar developers/engineers. They need to be paid FAANG level salaries adjusted to the max.

ya loh i tried to help you all lessen the damage by prepping alrdy. Ask you all dont expect too much, now all kpkb. True it's sad that juniors dont get but tbh the compensation (annual) is competitive. But then those saying "not happy just leave" or "only cmi ppl will stay", y'all fking toxic, what will you lose if juniors get pay bump(even by a small %)? you still get yours right? senior management looking at y'all pitted against each other in this thread and laughing. Divide and conquer. Chill out lah.

it's weird how some ppl probably had this happed to them in 2019 during the junior only adjustment and now are not empathising but actually gloating and bashing lol... trash

If I am correct, last adjustment is year 2020, not 2019.
Tbh, HR should review for all grade then everyone is happy!

Hold on junior, next year MDR review for everyone.
