Felt so cheated. 4 months ago announced black and white that MDR is applied based on role. Now suddenly change their stance and made MDR not applicable to Junior grades. Empty promises, great disappointment. Well done senior management, you just pushed us harder to find our exit strategy.

Me too. At first thought will get the increment, but now, I think the increment we will receive will be < 3%. Even my junior who just grad have a better pay package.
