coz not all private companies are the same? would u have a 2yoe transfer from FAANG or 5yoe from some SME? YOE is meaningless if u dun state where the experience was gained

if you from private already senior level, only offer as associate level in govtech, what do you think?

assigned to do the low profile project in SVC, someone have to do it, we are the bottom of bell curve so HQ folks can take the credits
