lucky u, since covid WFH, more workloads and longer working hours, recent attrition rate also caused lack or manpower, feel burnt out now! will look for plan B soon

Me too, newbie here, need take over a project with 3 months deadline, have to pick up courses to meet competency, learn new processes, manage f up vendor and AD and fix their shits. Knn think I superman?
Who can I talk to? RO? Lmao?

that digital competency just waste time and money, not sure who so free come out this idea, they also clueless how to help people achieve L2 at the first place, come out non-realistic guideline, simi attached to ux/data analytic/devops project (3-6months length) in order to achieve L2, then half way said digital competency no longer mandatory, joke!

Meaning to say that with the new pay scheme, for existing employee we will get the 4months(Jan-April) pro-rated of AWS + the current month May's, in the remuneration for the month of May.
If not, they start the new scheme from May onwards without any compensation, we will lugi the first 4 months worth of AWS compared to getting the full amount in Dec.
