they are in their current positions based on leadership/management abilities, not defined by the competency they are pushing out

Getting the 13th month folded into our pay in Apr means we will not be getting the supposed AWS based on the adjusted salary after competency &market adjustment, promotion in May?

appreciate that the top management are looking at the forums for our feebdack. but it is obvious why we give our realest thoughts here coz of potential repercussions (of coz they will say they wont it happen)
