as long as you have the relevant competencies, you will get more in apr.
If the fresh grad has salary close to you, it means your competencies are low

new to gt. do all the higher ups always talk like this? 1+ hr in, zero specifics, keep skirting around the issues.
also, what the the competencies of these talking heads? i assume they are super highly paid.
