they already say 2% considered tough battle liao and you want x10 of that. LOL

I meant we can get at least 20% increase by jumping ship.

Nothing concrete, basically whatever that was said already heard from hearsay. The underlying issues are not really solved(So many has complained about the experienced and fresh grad salary difference)
