Moving from MX13 to MX11 is easy, beyond that really depends on aptitude.
D/E = MX13
F/G = MX12
H = MX11
I = MX11A
J = MX10
K = MX9 (Superscale)

Can anyone else confirm this? Seems quite accurate given that D is fresh grad aka MX13 and K is superscale aka MX9.

Quite accurate, nothing much to quibble about. Except maybe the part where D/E/F/G maps to which part of MX13/MX12. It could also be D = MX13, E/F/G = MX12.

Dk man, only HR knows for certain and they wont share one, it's confidential. Apart from grade, it also depends on job title and appointment I think i.e SWE, DevOps, Security Grade E may earn more than other titles of grade G, but within the same appointment, I'm not sure if it's possible. But I know of a grade D who's earning the same as someone in grade E, but then you also have people in TAP (grade E) who's making btwn 6-7k. So...

thx for the insight. it seems like the TAP peeps come in on the high range of E...
do you also know when promoted, whether we necessarily move to the bottom range of the next tier? for eg, is it D (max) to E (min), or D (mid) to E(mid).

Probably will revise the range this year to accommodate recent and soon-to-be changes so may not be accurate anymore soon
