Does GovTech give any increment on completion of probation? If so, what can you expect to get?

is there a adjustment? i was from govtech 2018.. grade H ceiling at 9.1.
yes, still pay aws end of the year, but govtech had merged some variable bonus component to basic.

it was announced during my time. overall package for a avg performer is about 16mths

I got direct entry to govtech as fresh grad. but got offered less as i have low honours.

Is it worth it to take lesser pay and do the same work as my peers.

i destroyed all the assignments and interviews. I just not good at taking exams in school.

If you have better offer from private sector just go

Some many fake people in IT. Contract end. Can't deliver any result. Don't renew lo.
Only those proven to be able to adapt to the culture. Got the skills and deliver then only convert to perm
