So its 8000 inclusive of 2k allowance a month? This is a an exclusive allowance component from performance bonus, AVC, 13th month/mid year bonuses right? And appraisal frequency is like once a year isnt it? I’m curious to join them as I’ve received an offer from them and CSIT.

If you have received an offer, I think HR would have explained to you your package and what it entails? From anecdotal experience, I have heard a lot more complaints from CSIT people than DSO about their work (e.g. nonexistent engineering culture, paper pushing). What did CSIT offer?

They told me it was 6.2 with 2k allowance, CSIT was 6.5k base. They only briefly went over the bonus package and I was wondering if other people got the same for cyber.
