Bonus is around the same as other GLCs - 4-5 months for average performer including aws.

Am looking at their industrial properties' facility management position for degree holder with 3yrs exp. Any idea or anyone working there can give an insight on the work culture, workload, salary etc?

Depends on your RO but mainly they are quite flexible about face time in office. As Long as u get ur job done - u can do it anywhere, at Starbucks or cafe or off site. Compared to the other Statboard I was at, a lot ppl here are very driven - sends email at 12am or 5am. Contacts u on WhatsApp even beyond office hours.. but good point is things move faster cuz some leaders don’t like dilly dally.

Anyone has an idea of salary range for a Senior manager role in corporate function in JTC? mid career switch. Is senior manager equivalent of an assistant director in government statboard?
