Senior manager is individual contributor, not equivalent to asst director.
but that said, the pay of senior manager can be higher than assistant director.

Any idea G7 at jtc is equivalent to which MX grade?

Depends on your RO but mainly they are quite flexible about face time in office. As Long as u get ur job done - u can do it anywhere, at Starbucks or cafe or off site. Compared to the other Statboard I was at, a lot ppl here are very driven - sends email at 12am or 5am. Good pay but high turnover. Resulting in alot of created rubbish... which is then passes to other agencies
