Default Part time opps

NTU degree, currently working in a global strategy consulting firm for ~4 years now. Interested to teach part time as a personal development initiative/activity, in addition to spicing up my resume for MBA admission.

Anyone can shed some light on the process? A lot of discussion revolving around full time but not part time lecturers.

Many thanks in advance.

Cheers.

Default ITE lecturer - Sports Studies

Hi guys. Mid career applicant here. Ive worked in a couple of gyms and keen to be a lecturer in ITE.

Notice on Careerst.Gov that there are positions for Sports Studies, Sports Management and even PE. What is the difference, do they even belong in the same dept?

Also, how is a typical timetable like? Would also like to know if the stereotype (ITE students prefer hands on) is true, or if anyone can shed light on being an ITE lecturer would be great. Thanks!

Em, nope. Tier-2 strategy house... think OW, ATK, S&, LEK, RB etc - one of those.

I can't find any information about part time lecturers in Poly/ITE though. Seems like this forum is also more focused around full-time opportunities.

Sports studies sounds like R&D, Sports Management sounds like strategic planning and PE is lesson planning and execution.

Suggest you go read up on the courses first. They are different courses under the same dept.

Unfortunately they are not paid much compared to the peers in other industry. And shouldn't they be paid more for handling such difficult profile??
