Btw, I have a Masters degree so perhaps that was my advantage.

Maybe because it is the college holidays now that’s why no one has received any shortlisting email.

HR mah still work but if college is having holidays then I am sure the department heads and directors are also off, they are usually the ones to shortlist and inform HR.
