Hi, NUS Chemical Engineering with 9 years experience in petrochemical industry (age 34).
What normal package can I expect? I am currently drawing 6k base (annual 18 months)
Will 7k base as ITE lecturer be acceptable with my experience (fully relevant, Chem Eng lecturer role)? I wonder if should specify annual gross instead as it can vary differently in education sector.

Hello Lambo, did you go for the campus tour with the section head prior to giving you the offer letter?

Or should I just put same as my last drawn salary.
Look forward to all feedback.

One of my friend is also a lecturer and was told that the waiting time varies depending on the urgency of the role to fill.
Good luck!

Applied on Monday and hoping to get an interview. I have teaching experience so I think this role should be suitable for me.
Just wondering, how would they decide which ITE college we will be allocated to? Is this determined before we are called for the first interview?
When applying there was no indication as to which we are applying for.
Thank you

Job Application
I applied for a position as a Lecturer (Lifeskills) with ITE in mid-March. I just graduated with a Master in Education. Previously, I was a teacher for around 2 years. Will I stand a chance? Thanks!
