Very fun. Students are actually respectful. Of course. You need to maintain some form of discipline in the class but otherwise they are hardworking and obedient. In fact, quality of work sometimes exceed my expectations. Turns out some of them could make it to Polytechnic but chooses to enter ITE.
Work life balance is good, pay is good and I would recommend anyone wanting to enter the education industry to try embarking on a lecturer career in ITE first.
Btw, I have a Masters degree so perhaps that was my advantage.
It’s the college holidays now..enjoying my break as I type this!

What's the pay like?
You not scared ITE have knife fight?

Disciplinary spot checks are held often.
NUS has sexual crimes taking place from time to time
NP had a hazing case recently.
The knife attacks in ITE are extremely rare.
All schools have issues; what’s more important is how the school manages it
What do you think?
