what's your yrrs of experience? is it relevant? HR mentioned they cant match?

Someone help me with this pls?
was previously lecturing at a private education institution. I have a masters and 4 years exp. My degree is a first class honours from NUS but not related to what I am lecturing on. I am currently only drawing a pay of about 4.9k. I will be lecturing in the same subject.
What is a reasonable amount to ask for in my new role at ITE as a lecturer?

i have 15 years of experience in the subject matter and i hold a Bachelor (2nd upper class)

How was the interview? Was the wait long? I had an interview about 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a hopeful reply?

same here. went for 2nd round interview at ite west 2 weeks ago... still waiting for the news. usually how long is the wait from the last interview to hr call?

Just to share my experience:
21 Dec - send in application
28 Jan - got a call for interview
12 Feb - 1st interview
13 Feb - 2nd interview - campus walkabout
6 Mar - got the offer call
12 Mar - contract signing
One of my friend is also a lecturer and was told that the waiting time varies depending on the urgency of the role to fill.
