AM pay is already very good in NUS. They are pretty generous.

Oh, any idea what's the pay structure like for the AM? Referring to those MAs getting promoted, or others coming into NUS as AM?

Interesting news, and to know MAs get it in 18month? But these AM( MAs) likely stuck at AM much longer before they get promoted mah. I'd imagine one's age would have some effect on the likelihood of promotion bah

From what my friend shared, the NUS HR place these MAs under their "high potential employees" management watch, and they get priority in choosing their final job to settle in after 18mths, generally from AM to M, takes 1-2yrs max, there was even a MA who performed so well that he was promoted to M (3 positions up)

AMs shld be 4.5-5.5 , current MA (at executive lvl) is already 4-4.2 liao, but coming directly as executive around 3-3.2.

Oh wow, the disparity between regular executive and MA is huge. At least the title of an MA, and it's salary, is more justified this manner.

Yah, thats why for fresh graduates, go into the MA is safer n better than going direct as executive, the progression is damn slow for normal entry
