I waited for about 1.5 months, from the time I got my verbal offer, to the time I got informed of the salary package.. It was an extremely long wait.

Did you take up the offer eventually?

No idea, was informed by the hiring manager that in 2020, NUS didn't give out any bonus and increment. But in better years, PB can be about 1.8 to 2 months for meeting expectations. I also read on glassdoor that for a certain group of people who meet expectations, they might not even be getting any bonuses. Kinda unfair right?

Nope. Decided to stay in my current company as the worklife balance is far better than NUS and the salary is not too far off what NUS had offered.

The weird thing is I got my offer verbally the very next day after my final round of interview with the directors.

The wait for the contract is really long. Has been quite awhile and have yet to heard from HR regarding the AMP contract.

Work life balance is considered very good in NUS, your company is even more chill than NUS? I previously worked in NUS before and the work life balance was superb.

I went for 2 rounds of interviews, each interview was about 2 weeks apart, but very short notice was given for the interviews, like either the same day or 1 day notice? Very hard for me to accommodate as I wasn't WFO and I have to take leave to go for interview.

I waited for 1.5 months, to the point I thought my offer was rescinded and NUS forgot to inform me lol.

Yup, my current worklife balance is even better than NUS. The only thing that NUS is better would only be their annual leaves

And yeah, you just do a quick LinkedIn search you can see that MAs become asst. manager after they finish the program.
My friend a local nus grad was just offered to join their MA programme, starting salary is low 4k+ and also got sign on bonus as well from what he shared. really power for fresh grad.
