The pay range is wide but annual increment is low, unless you are a super performer. If you are going in, you need to negotiate for higher end of the range. If not, years later, you will be bitter and angry like 80%of the folks in this forum....

Exceeds Expectation 5-9%
Promotion >9%, typically double digit unless there is economy downturn

It is fake. Increment is only $100-$200. There are people who are at the bottom of “meeting expectations” category with no increment and bonus also.

Assistant Manager - around 4.3kpm and bonus 7kpa
Manager - around 5kpm and bonus 9.5kpa
Senior Manager - 6.7kpm and bonus 10kpa
Associate Director - around 8.3kpm and bonus 17.5kpa
Director - around 14kpm and bonus 20kpa
