How can compare to outsourced colleagues. Obviously outsourced employees have it worst since they are not fulltimers right. Got any company on earth which treats outsourced employees better than its own fulltime employees?
Obviously if u keep comparing with people more jialat than you, you would be better.

Outsourced staff are full-timers, just that they are under permanent payroll from STE. Being a full-timer and a permanent staff is in different context.
Just like a person can be a permanent staff but work part-time.

Doesnt matter who pays their payroll. Outsourced means the benefits confirm worst. If not they would be fulltimers already. Dont you get the point?
In order to improve our lives do we constantly compare ourselves with people who are worst off than us?

Career advice
Hi guys.. I have been working in ste for 6.5yrs n counting. Joined as an E5, now still the same despite increasing workload from just doing 1 system to 7 systems now. I have always been getting band 2 and only recent I got a band 3, and still no promotion. There was no increment last year, $25 increment this year. I feel that there's no career progression.. Should I move on?
