can be as quick as 15months, depends if you are hired as a top talent

Hi all amazing engineers, wanted to ask about ST Contractors details.

Will I get or assigned E or M ranking like the Perms?

Will I get more than 1 Month Bonus, like 2+ Months if Band 1?

What is the average increment for Contractors or a fixed rate? (3%~10+%?)

Can Contractor also promote to a higher rank/salary if do well? ( E5>E6, M1>M2?)

Yes. Can get E or M ranking.

The Performance bonus is a fixed amount upon serving a full year and should be stated in your contract with the 3rd party outsourcing agency.

0% increment. This is in exchange for a slightly higher monthly salary component than the actual perm staff.

Contractor under third party manpower agency are unlikely to promote with their contract period. Promotion and increment in salary is only available upon renewal of contract.
