As an ST staff, my suggestion is boast about yourself in interview. They are dumb, managers have zero knowledge. They will just wah wah, lets get him or her. It worked for some in ST Synthesis. Wouldn't mention LOB. If quizzed about what people working under them is doing, they wont be able to answer except giving generic statements. They are that dumb.

The top Cyber securities in SG hor are Snyk group 8, itself Asia, blackpanada, Weborion, i-Sprint innovations.

Pls think carefully.

What you described happens almost everywhere in tech firms.

Even happens in charitable and religious organizations.

I don't agree with what you say at the end. NCS, Ensign and ST are all SI. Most of the people who work in that industry jump in and out of them. How different can they be?

Finally, top cyber security in sg is not the one you listed. If not, space racoon and sunny neo will join them already.

What you say got some truth la. I give you some facts la hor, headcount is always the problem. Here they complain headcount not enough to cover project. Then I see friends or colleagues all burn out just to cover the project or triple hat roles loh. Like that can sustain meh?

Up to you. I say what I say being on the inside already for some time and see even interns suffer. You choose what you wan to believe la.

Bro, what i mean is i agree with the thing you say about ST as i also work there before.

Agree. Yes their culture is similar to ST. But ST got too many mindef people with no skillset leh. They parachute all these ex mindef people who have no tech experience and skillset. Do they even know how to setup a instance? Or actually tech experience ?
