You are probably misguided for believing there is work life balance at ST, M1 till M3 are just low ranked manager, and you will have to carry out the actual work instead of just commanding people, so if you are in software development role, you probably will need to write code till 12am either at home or at office even your title is manager. At ST, all titles are inflated.

That time when i get the offer was at the start of covid. everyday just stay at home and check email, if no email then mean no work. So, it really true there is WFB but the trade off is that when i tender, M1 need to server 2 month long notice.

Anybody took ST Sponsored masters programme? Did it boost your career by opening up more job prospects?

Will be joining ST soon, more than 7k starting pay, didn't know that ST could pay so much lol

I got M2 @ 9k , but beware , it includes aws so, basic pay are about 8 plus
