They are already reducing the MC days starting next year 2025 and they claimed its because of their HR Statistics lohz. wahlao eh...MC also so kiamsiap.

What is the range for E5? If you exceed the upper value does it automatically mean HR have to promote you?

Usually will get auto bump to E6 way before that...

Really ? Isn’t promotion due to performance and manager recommendations?
I know of a guy who got stuck at e5 for 10yrs+ , only recently last year got promoted to e6.

Prolly this fella joined when e5 salary is dam low 10yrs ago. And only minimal increment to hit the 6k to promote
