Wow they do lowball even if you are a mid career switch. Diploma, pro certs, years of experience and they expect you to earn lesser in pay and benefits in ST than what you are getting currently. And the payroll is under a company called Jobline wtf. ST Eng's name isn't already good yet now it gets worse with the payslip showing Jobline if contractors are under Jobline. Can anyone confirm this?

Highly likely you are hired under an outsourcing company which handles the payroll matters. That's why your payslip is under Jobline instead of ST Engineering directly.
