Variable Bonus: Mar every year
Salary Review: Jul every year
And the usual:
- 16 days AL
- 28 days med leave + 60 days hosp leave
- 1 day family care leave
- $200 Flexi Benefit Claim per year ($100 if join from Jul) for dental, optical, etc.
- Outpatient medical treatment (Co-pay of $5 for each visit to clinic)
Don't see any 13th month bonus included like what the others have been saying

From what I gathered from HR, 13th month bonus AWS has been included in the annual salary.

When hor it was the product department management that are the one who start the project fire then leave it to engineer and project manager to answer. Then project on fire all point finger at engineer and project manager.
So you all think bettr think 3 or 4 x before join the product side of Cyber their management trust me is cui and cmi.

Harsh reality is that you have not many options left with a second lower.
