Then, this is on the lower end, as many M3 received more than 10k especially the newly joined, some even close to 13k.

Ok lah, if you LL want to join cyber hor it depends which department you go to. Where you go to and who you report to determines your life and your fate.
Best hor avoid the Products department, i work together with my collick on a project with them and experience that their management is cui one. For projects they onli pick the ones that are high priced projects then later they cannot deliver then become LD loh. They damn good at selecting the poor scape goat engineer or project manager to tah the project and accept the cui state of the project that they got to do.
When hor it was the product department management that are the one who start the project fire then leave it to engineer and project manager to answer. Then project on fire all point finger at engineer and project manager.
So you all think bettr think 3 or 4 x before join the product side of Cyber their management trust me is cui and cmi.
