in Aero, E6 as senior engineer 6.2k very near to the ceiling of E6(6.4k-6.6k).

And even 1st class from NTU who join in 2022 only getting 4.4k, and after 3 years with 1 promotion to E6, likely only getting 5-5.3k

6.2k quite high for 3 years exp and join as senior. Some with 2-3 years exp only offer E5 at 5k that join last year.

True quite easy to get in.. but depends on which year/month of the intake. Some get less and some get more even with the same experience so look like quite unfair system.

That was like 7 years ago, things are getting expensive nowadays, inflations. Now 6-7k are consider average income.
