Also, it's only just a few employees who keep getting promoted cause they are visible to upper management. Everyone else is invisible. It's quite strange that some employees can be promoted twice within 4 years. And some never have any promotion for 10 years.

Wait not brag... He complain that his promotion from M1 to M2 is too fast. So the increment is low... Its barely a promotion. He said he felt cheated.
Aiyoh and here the rest of us don't even get promoted have to listen to his "pain and suffering" for being promoted too fast so he can't reaped the most benefit from the salary jump.
Can't relate man.
