No！ as long as you are still in office on the bonus issuing day, you will get full bonus. If you leave the company next day, they won't take a cent back.

According to Staff Handbook, you are only entitled to bonus should you quit after payout. So to be safe is quit on 21 March earliest.

I bet a lot of people quitting on 21 March 🫢

very easy. agitate him until he use offensive/abusive language, then report him/her HR.

e.g. when he scold you, cut and paste a very nicely worded ChatGPT generated tldr motherhood statement on how getting aggressive will early die from heart attack or stroke.

Any idea this year bonus and increment?
