Yup every year reorg with the same people but change job title and always new pattern on policy after every reorg, super annoying

Personally, I think 4.7k is a good salary to start off with. However, you got to bear in mind that there are other software engineer post that’s being paid 7k for a start, so don’t be blinded by the starting pay.
For de bonus and increment. First year: no bonus cos there’s only performance bonus which is for the work done the year before. Increment will only happen every July, if you join Jan 2023, your increment will be split into two portions, first in Jan 2024 and your final incremented pay will be in July 2024.
There are also a lot of salty people as fresh grad pay is higher than theirs.
