If you're paid 9k to do nothing just once per month meeting with your bosses, you'll also get used to the culture.
If can get paid to do nothing. Why do anything?
Just hire outsource staff to do it for you.
Then when you dont need their service anymore just don't renew the contract.

Benefits
May I check the benefits of ST engineering? Is it true that there are no FLEXI benefits and only 14 days AL across all the ranks? Entering as M1. Thanks!

That explains the high level of incompetence. Can they survive if their biggest customer pull out?

You basically get MOM minimum. Maybe more leave if you are perm staff but unable to bring forward as before.
During the reorg back in 2019, many benefits for new perm staff have been removed. If you see the old birds and their benefits, you will feel you lose out a lot.

Yeah heard AWS is removed too. Mine is a perm role but not sure if the AL is more. Waiting for the offer to come in. Quite surprised the compensation benefits actually lose out to a lot other companies under Temasek.
