What exactly is the use of a manager?
Mcdonald manager have more value than so called managers IN ST.

I used to work in a division where everyone is a manager.
From the top to the bottom is one kind of manager.
Senior manager la.
Project manager la.
System manager la.
Deputy project manager la.
Manager is such a dirty stupid title.

I hv 9yrs+ of hands-on technical skill set. No finance/budgeting experiences, nvr done any delegation of work or postman job before. That's why I was wondering if this is a good opportunity to move up to get more management skill exposures.
From what I understand, I will have to attend to many stakeholders.
