the seniors even worst.

thats why u see the seniors dont work one. cause the pay so low, they leech also like make no dent to the company budget.

Agreed. Have a M1 who have been with company for 10 years. Same title.
When he left he told us his salary is only 6k.

Fresh grad E5 come in with 5k starting and complain that they need to do work.

If you work at the ST defence BU, yes they follow army green zone and red zone, the old style of doing things. Don’t trust staff one, all higher up is only for their own, only engineer that a better and good one help each other.

You will be surprise that even DSTA allow camera phone but any issue is gg. They sign NDA and OSA form. They trust you that you take pride and morale in your work and secure the secrets.

Sorry lo. We have security check every 6 months.
There was once they randomly ask to check phone.

Ofc people don't give phone la. Bank account etc.
Then they say OK fine just show us the gallery,
We just want to see whether there is any picture of classified stuff.

Then the staff was like sorry I have alot of personal picture on my phone can't show.
Then the security person say we need to see.
Then the staff was like I have cock picture etc. You want to see my cock is it?
The security person was taken aback. He was like hmm..
Then the senior staff who was escorting was like.. Is it okay if you randomly check my phone instead?
Since this check is random we can pick another staff.

Ok. So awkward.
Then the staff later showed us his phone don't have any cock pick.
He just buay song we have to be subjected to nonsense security check.
