how much increment this year?

M2 salary around 5.5k to 6.2k

known a colleague M2 (1st job) abt 15years exp , last drawn this year approx 7.3K
known another M2 old bird he got 8.8k in 2016.

wa that mean my side all low salary

Are you sure you're accurate? I've heard new E6 coming in at 5.4k.

Mine M2 work 15 year already. 15 year ago degree salary not that high also

M2 range should be around high end 6 to 8.

The range might be bigger as alot of people might be stuck in the rank for year

I think alot of people don't know there is old M2 and new M2.

New people joining with highersalary now.
So if you know someone who joined with M2 their pay is higher. As compared to those who been here for 0 plus years.

How u know? Cause I'm M2 and I interviewed my replacement the pay is higher. Thank god I am quitting to another company with a 25% increment.

Sadly ST cannot match outside salary even with pay revise or pay increment.
Heard someone E6 left, go to other company starting pay is more than $6.5K
