There is something i don't understand. Since there is so much resentment, why don't you do something about it? Like leaving for a new job elsewhere? Is the rumour about incompetence within the ST ranks real so you all can't find something?

Nah, they cannot survive outside in a mnc or sme one la.. the pace out there is too fast for them.
