In a time when division need to cut man power etc, outsource don't get renewed... You can have perm staff getting promoted.
As an outsource staff, this is really unfair. But then the perm staff will complain that they get promoted during Covid-19 means their increment is lower. If salary freeze, headcount freeze... Why are people still getting promoted? |
