And yet it's the perm staff who keep getting promoted for years of doing nothing
While outsource staff slaves away at low pay just to keep their job.

And the management wonder why they can't retain staff.
Thanks staff you retained all cannot make it. Outsource also don't want to waste their talent working FOR you

people under outsource what to expect during yearly review:

Band
A: 1.2 month bonus with 2.75% increment
B: 1.1 month with 2.5% increment
C+: 1.0 month with 2% increment
C & D: (less than 1 month bonus, unsure of increment)



This is based on data from that I got from my various outsource E3 personnel

Hi fellow colleagues, I not from ST Elect
Band 2: 1.5 month with 1% increment - E6 direct contract (join less than a year)
Boss told me 1.5% but hr letter show 1% T_T
