people under outsource what to expect during yearly review:
Band A: 1.2 month bonus with 2.75% increment B: 1.1 month with 2.5% increment C+: 1.0 month with 2% increment C & D: (less than 1 month bonus, unsure of increment) This is based on data from that I got from my various outsource E3 personnel Hope it helps :-) |
