Some divisions already down to 1 to 2% increment back in 2019. That was when they were still using the alphabet gradings.

Perm here. I also got a measly 1.7%. Really bad. I know I shouldn't be complaining in view of the current times.

Still quite piss that Annual Leave can only carry forward 5 days starting from 2021. Don’t know which idiot go and implement this lousy rule. Come on at least 50% carry forward is more appropriate.

Please la. My outsource colleague have it worst.
Her contract just renewed the week before the salary increment is announced.
She checked with HR. No increment.
For 2 years.
She is looking for another job right now.
