I still got 2.5 months bonus le. No AWS. My new boss keep saying department not making profit. In the red zone. Very hard to justify offering high pay sia. He win liao. It's not his job to go bring in projects? |

E5 2300 to 4000 E6 4000 to 5500 M1 4500 to 6000 M2 5280 to 8250 M3 6000 to 9000 M4 8000 to 11200 I was an E6 for 7 good years until I threw in the towel due to a crazy manager... |

From what I gather in this forum. The new scheme got two type depending on which company you belong to.
Type 1: formula is x2 / 12 into base. No aws. Bonus have been reduced by 1 month. Type 2: formula is x1 / 12 into base. No aws. Bonus remains at least 1 month above. Other kor kor out there can confirm mah? My company is type 1. The boss all say the same thing. The bonus already inside base.... Same thing. Last time see big bonus happy. Now bonus already inside monthly. So see low bonus sad. |
