E&M as in coordination or other mechanical systems or power works. There is an actual team called E&M in LTA

always depends on your project and if your manager is scholar or nah

If you passed the Board Interview stage, you will receive the Letter of Offer. The confirmation of your scholarship will be conditional upon:
-Medical clearance
-Security clearance
-Disciplinary check
You will be invited for deed signing upon confirmation of your scholarship.
This actually from LTA Scholarship Application Timeline. What exactly does the Security Clearance and Disciplinary Check entail?

I came in as a G6 engineer in August 2023 but my peers from different division that came in same time as me got promoted to G7 executive engineer for April 2025. Am I being downplayed?
They got promoted with C grade

yeah totally downplay. i got colleague enter april on the year. next year epe liao

How long it actually takes from grade 6 engineer to promote to grade 7 executive engineer?
