Hi recently after formal interview got called from hr to submit documents say 2-3 weeks prepare offer letter. Anyone know fresh grad 2nd upper how much starting inc ns?

Eh future posters, when you want to ask these kind of qns, at least say whether engineering or non-engineering or tech track, big difference

I'm not sure if my manager is holding back my promotion for a fresh grad lte grade 6

For 3 yr contract roles will they convert to full time after 1-2 renewals? And what if your performance is C for 2 years then on 3rd year C-, high chance no renew?

They dont give out perm roles nowaways. Can renew after C- but see if your RO is willing to fight for it

If they want you they would convert. If they want you only temporarily then they will just renew until cannot renew then you're out

Asking relating to contract as well. Manager and directors say will have chance become professional engineer. So for this case for my role will I have chance become perm?
