LTE 8-9 , promo, B grade, Mi 7.8% lol, promo no promo no much difference.

A grade 6 project engineer here, got C grade and been in lta for 1 year 8 months. I was thinking why I was not considered for promotion to grade 7 executive engineer

Promotion increment in LTA is pathetic. You'll be happy if promotion+merit increment is even 2x of merit increment in non-promo year.

Anyone can advise how many months PB and % MI for C and C+ grades in LTE 8 and 9? Assume not promoted.

- LTE 8, C, __ months PB, __% MI
- LTE 8, C+, __ months PB, __% MI
- LTE 9, C, __ months PB, __% MI
- LTE 9, C+, __ months PB, __% MI

LTE 7 no promo.
MI 8% maybe because my base salary was already low.

Can someone also tell me what is the salary range for LTE 6 and LTE 8 please?
