Last time was more certain. Now it's dependent on estab and also who is in the pipeline.
If the pipeline is too full, even two Bs won't get your a promotion as there are people infront of you. Some scholars speculate is now 3 Bs in a row or more.

I'm currently 1 year and 8 months in , I'm a lte grade 6 engineer. I only received performance grade but haven't received email on my promotion to grade 7 executive project engineer. Will hr send a email?

E to EE is time based so you more or less will get it

Do you mean in the past good performers can be promoted on the 2nd year? For example, 2023 Apr promoted to EPE, 2024 Mar received B (for work done in 2023), 2025 Mar also B (for work done in 2024) and at the same time got informed that he’s promoted to SPE come April even though technically he is only EPE for less than 2 years.

Probably need the boss fight super hard for it. Got a colleague got 2 b in a row this year not sure if he promote or not

Been trying to enter LTA as an engineer for almost a year.. why is it so difficult to enter?
Is it my skills set not good enough?
