Work so hard the whole year so gonna take pb first then tender in April.

is it normal for LTA to ghost interviewees after the first interview? It has been almost three months since my interview, and I’ve already sent a follow-up email after the first month and another one in the second month requesting a response. I’ve read online that they may take up to five or six months to reply — is that really*the*case?

ma man. if you were shortlisted, you would be contacted within 2 weeks or so. if not, gone case already. 99%. i have quite some experience

if just joined within last 6 months, will there be any sort of increment or pb in april?

No, it comes later when you pass probation. Small bump.

Thank you for the information. I find it a bit unusual, as I typically receive either an offer or a rejection after an interview. I understand that it's common for applications to go unanswered, but I didn’t expect the same after an interview.

I tot usually your manager will know and tell you guys ahead? My also still don't know.
